The daughter, the second of five.
Amber grew up as the second of five interesting siblings — three brothers and one sister. She learned from lack thereof what it meant to hold a family together, to nurture, and to feed people — but in a systematic way, so one does not go down with overload. She loves to cook for the ones she loves, learning to do it with sustainable systems and health-first ways that her mother and eldest brother didn't have the luxury of building.

For the last few months, Amber has been experimenting with very creative, healthy recipes — the possibilities are extraordinary. She is currently overcoming three autoimmune disorders alongside serious health complications from COVID, stemming from being the primary caregiver for her mother-in-law during the pandemic years beginning 2020. She is on an intense healing path together with the support of her husband, hoping to reverse her three autoimmune disorders from stress and COVID complications.

A zipper on a pouch or a bag has its place and function. Without the zipper, the bag is useless. Without the bag, the zipper can't do what it was designed to do. Everything has its reason, and when put together — it is functional, practical, and divinely beautiful.
The heart does not compete with the brain or argue about which is better. But without each other, neither can do what it needs to do.
